implementation of a Contingency Plan. An
EPA Contingency Plan describes
the hazardous waste management program at a facility by providing
detailed written procedures for the handling, storage, labeling, and
disposal of hazardous waste. RCS, Inc. provides expert guidance to your
company in regards to waste management activities and decisions.
RCS, Inc. can assess the capabilities of a facility
to safety generate or store hazardous waste on-site. This
assessment reviews current facility features and addresses areas
in need of improvement to safely store or generate hazardous
materials in a manner to limit the amount of liability on a
facility. Once a facility is capable of handling the hazardous
waste, RCS, Inc. can assist the facility in development and
implementation of hazardous waste handling and disposal procedures
through the creation of a Preparedness, Prevention and Contingency
Plan.
