  • ExperienceRCS has over ten (20) years of experience in all area related to the regulatory / environmental sciences.  Our staff consists of individuals educated at an expert level in all pertinent areas such as Professional Engineering, Professional Hazard Management, Professional Environmental Auditing, Professional Geology, Certified Lead Risk Assessment,  as well as Licensed Building Inspection. RCS maintains all certifications and affiliations with local, state and federal officials. 
  • Innovative / Advanced Technology.  RCS maintains on-line updating services for any and all areas concerning E.P.A. (DEP), D.O.T, O.S.H.A., H.U.D., B.O.C.A., N.F.P.A. In addition, RCS’s reference library contains past as well as current information on all pertinent areas.  Not only does RCS understand the regulations, our representatives sit on the technical committees directed to write them.  This allows RCS to have an advanced knowledge of what is going to be happening in industry, therefore we have the opportunity to pass this pertinent information onto our clients.
  • Service.  RCS offers our clients twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) day a week service.  In addition, RCS provides to many of our clients three emergency numbers to utilize at their discretion.
  • Discounts.  RCS is so confident that you will be satisfied with our services that we offer a 7.5% discount for all repeat business services, except training. 
  • Profits. How many firms do you know of that offers companies money by just a phone call?  RCS does.  We offer a 5% referral and/or finders fees for just a phone call.

  3. Training - RCS spends approximately $220,000.00 a year on training and maintaining certifications for our engineers. To assist your employee on keeping abreast of all new regulations and attaining all certifications needed to fulfill job requirements your employee should attend at least one updating or certification course a month.  On average these courses cost $500.00.  The cost to your company is approximately $6,000.00 a year.

  4. Up-Date Services & Databases - RCS spends approximately $70,000.00 a year on maintaining our information systems.  The cost to your company for these services would be comparable.
