Community Give-Back Programs

RCS Residential Risk: Since it's inception, RCS, Inc. has made a strong commitment to community outreach programs. RCS Residential Risk was developed as a division of RCS, Inc. to educate and assist the private sector in all their regulatory / environmental issues regarding asbestos, radon, lead, and underground storage tanks (USTs). Through RCS, Inc.'s Continuous Education Program, RCS Residential Risk representatives have been meeting with local communities and publishing newspaper articles in attempt to clarify the sometimes confusing issues surrounding the lead regulations. RCS Residential Risk's approach is to perform lead risk assessments, to educate the public on how to prepare for an assessment, and to provide the homeowners with their options depending on the results of the assessment. It is RCS, Inc.'s goal to educate and assist the homeowners in solving a problem at a reasonable price before it becomes a source of concern in terms of health and/or liability. This philosophy of helping, as well as serving, is what RCS, Inc. was built on.
