Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) Preparation and Publication

Compliance Services, Inc. has been contracted to evaluate, re-write
(when necessary), and develop thousands of Material Safety Data Sheets
for our clients.
RCS employs real scientists, not a software program, in MSDS creation.
Our clients receive a technically accurate document that exceeds
regulatory requirements, thereby limiting the client's liability.
RCS, Inc. is able to analyze and create anywhere from 1
to 1,000 MSDSs
for a client. Our domestic MSDSs are
developed according to the ANSI Standard Z400.1. International MSDSs
are created in accordance with the EU standard.
The RCS, Inc. technicians develop
Material Safety Data Sheets by researching thousands of databases for
each product. When required, RCS, Inc. is capable of having
toxicological laboratory tests performed, which would profile
physiological hazards of a given substance. This testing is very
expensive and usually costs in excess of $50,000 per substance. In many
cases, the laboratory testing has already been done.
Therefore using a collaboration of databases, RCS, Inc. researches and
locates the existing data and uses it to complete the toxicology
section
of MSDSs.
