Hazardous Waste Compliance Programs
 

RCS technical associates will assist your company in the development and implementation of an EPA Contingency Plan. A Contingency Plan describes the hazardous waste management program at a facility by providing detailed written procedures for the handling, storage, labeling, and disposal of hazardous waste. RCS will determine what materials at your facility may be classified as a Hazardous Waste. Our associates will then perform a Hazardous Waste Analysis on these materials to verify which materials have to be classified as regulated Hazardous Wastes.

Each generator of a Hazardous Waste is required to obtain an EPA Identification Number. RCS has extensive experience in this matter and will make sure that the process of obtaining an EPA Identification Number goes smoothly.  RCS also  offers training for employees and management involved in any process that deals with Hazardous Waste.  RCS, Inc. provides expert guidance to your company in all aspects of waste management activities and decisions.
